Requirements: All We Need From Pet Parents
- Advance notice that you will need our service, at least 5 days (if a NEW client wishing to reserve pet care)
- Emergency account set up with less than 5 days notice will incur extra fees as appointments are set up around our existing pet care assignments
- A home visit with you and your pet to fill out all paper work (approx. 55 min.) We need to get to know you and your pet and learn their favorite things
- Contact numbers where you or your emergency contacts (at least 2) can always be reached during our service dates
- Signed contracts and paperwork, with the specifics of the care you require for your pet and the necessary information about your home to provide this care
- 2 keys, codes and necessary instructions to enter and secure your home
- Contact information for your veterinarian & a signed Vet release authorizing medical care for your animals in your absence
- All food, collars, ID, leashes, treats, toys and clean up supplies necessary to care for your pets and property
- I suggest and highly recommend that all pets have ID and properly fitted collars in your absence
- Knowledge of ANY other person with access to your home during our service dates
